This was our sea trial

The first time we had Good Night Irene under sail in San Diego. The first time we took video on the boat too... ha..ha.
The sea trial went great! The boat handled well and performed up to our expectations. At 10kt. of wind we were sailing at about 7kt. Oh what fun! The surveyor was very pleased with the condition of the boat. By the middle of June she will be ours to bring home...cant wait!!
Keep checking back for updates of our Adventures!

  2. Ok, I guess the first post didn't take. I'm so happy for you guys! Just finished a trip to Naples. What a beautiful area. We did a day trip to the island of Ischia, and swam in the Mediterrean! The water is like super soft water, hardly salty at all. I thought of you most of the time, sailing your new Irene into the port and having pasta and pizza!! Buon Girno!!
